Dear Jim Callaway :
I'd like to thank you and the people at
Callaway Woodworks for the excellent work on my Redwood Hot Tub. The customer support was fantastic, my emails and phone calls were answered immediately. It's wonderful when you get to talk directly " with the man
" to get your opinion or to resolve any issues with installation questions. I was amazed at the beauty of the tub. It is a piece of ART in itself, it is a shame that I had to hide it with a deck. I did the set-up
myself and had help with the mechanicals. I was more than pleased with the highest quality of the mechanicals. The professional help also commented on the quality of the mechanicals.
Jim I wish I could have written this
sooner but guess what. Most of my spare time has been spent in the Callaway Hot Tub. It's a great place to relax, socialize, exercise, or just chill'in out . I've soaked in fiberglass spas there is no comparing the relaxing
difference to the Callaway Hot Tub, by far the best.
I lived in Santa Barbara County foothills in my " younger days ", the hot tub was a popular pastime I'am sorry I waited 30 years to have my own. Thanks for all
your help in fulfilling my Hot Tub dreams.
Jim I'm thinking my next project one of your Callaway Saunas would look great next to the Callaway Hot Tub.
Again THANKS to you and all the gang at Callaways for your help, work, and fine craftsmanship.

I am happy to tell you that our sauna is up and
running and I used it for the first time yesterday. It was such a happy time for me. I have loved sauna bathing since the 70s but rarely had the chance to use one after I quit my job at a health club back in the days of
my youth. Your redwood barrel kit has provided such a nice finished product---much nicer than I ever imagined when I first set out shopping for a sauna a few months ago.
Compared to the cramped quarters inside one
of the typical rectangular designs, the barrel is surprisingly roomy inside. So, you have a very happy customer and if you ever need testimonials for your web site, I will gladly provide one. Thanks again for a great
product and purchase experience!

and assembled it on Sunday. It took me about 3 hours to assemble and wire up. We are delighted with the quality and good looks of our new Sauna and we sweated a lot more in it Sunday night then it took to put it up!!!!!
